• Bookings: Booking requests and Inquiries for personal and business consulting as well as workshops can be submitted through our website via the contact form. The details of any sessions and workshops, including duration, price, and terms, will be confirmed before booking.

• Payment: Payment for services is due as per the terms outlined in the agreement between Curious Aurelia and the Client. Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and ideal.

• Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued only under certain conditions, as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect the privacy of our Clients. Any personal information you provide will be handled according to our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR. We will not share your personal data without your consent, except as required by law.

• Coaching/Consulting Sessions: Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

• Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, etc.), we may reschedule sessions without penalty.

• Workshops: Cancellations and rescheduling as agreed in the services agreement.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the website or services if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful or disruptive behavior.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
